§ 3. Acceptance of franchise.

Latest version.

The grantee shall file its written acceptance of this franchise with the city secretary in compliance with the provisions of section 4 of Ordinance 638 within sixty (60) days from the date of passage hereof and shall thereupon be bound by all of the terms and conditions hereof. The effective date of this ordinance shall be the date that said written acceptance is filed with the city secretary. The acceptance shall not be filed until all costs to the city have been paid by Seaway Pipeline Company as required in section 4 herein.
