§ 8. Payment to the city.

During the lifetime of this franchise, the grantee shall pay to the city an annual sum of five percent of the gross fees collected from users of its services for roll-off containers in the city. The franchise holder shall file quarterly reports with the city showing its receipts and pay to the city with such report the amount of franchise fee due.
