§ 4. Duration of franchise.

Latest version.

This franchise ordinance shall remain in full force and effect for a period of five years, commencing on July 1, 2008; and shall automatically renew for an additional three-year (3) period unless notice is given by either the Service Provider or the City to the other within sixty days prior to the end of the initial five-year (5) period.
