§ 10-5. Unlawful accumulation.

Rubbish shall be removed by the owner or occupant of the premises on which it is located, at his/her own expense and in a neat and sanitary manner, and shall not be permitted to accumulate on any premises beyond a reasonable length of time. No violation shall be charged under this section unless ten (10) days' notice of such unlawful accumulation shall have been given by the sanitation department and the unlawful accumulation is not corrected within such time.
