§ 10-31. Burning.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any garbage within the city.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to burn trash or rubbish within the city, except with the written permission of the fire marshal and in compliance with the city fire code and the Texas Clean Air Act, V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code § 382.001 et. seq.
