§ 11-35. Administration of this article.

This article shall be administered by the chief of police or his duly authorized agents; provided, that such agents are regularly salaried, full-time employees of the city; and, provided further, that the removal of vehicles or parts thereof from property may be performed by any other person designated in writing by the chief of police upon a form to be prepared by such officer.
