§ 13-45. Compliance with building code and other ordinances; supervision and inspection of placement.

All applicable requirements of the building code and other ordinances of the city applicable to the installation of plumbing, electricity, water and gas must be complied with and the necessary permits acquired prior to the mobile home being placed on a private lot under the provisions of this division [and the building inspector] shall supervise and inspect the permanent placement of a mobile home in compliance with this division.
