§ 13-69. Clearance between mobile homes.

Latest version.

All parking stalls and concrete foundations or supports in a mobile home park shall be so laid out as to provide a minimum distance of ten (10) feet between the front and/or rear ends of adjacent mobile homes parked thereon, and no mobile home shall be so parked that either side thereof is nearer than ten (10) feet to either side or end of any other mobile home parked thereon.
