§ 14-6. Removal of oil, gas and water.

Latest version.

All oil, gas and water produced or arising from operations authorized by a permit issued under this chapter shall, within a reasonable time after production, be piped or otherwise conveyed or removed from the territory of the city. This section shall not prohibit the ordinary use of a slush pond and usual production facilities.
