§ 2-1. Adoption of state law in lieu of charter.

Latest version.

The provisions of Title 28, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas of 1925, relating to cities and towns, be and they are hereby adopted and accepted in lieu of any existing charter of the city and in lieu of any and all other provisions of law in conflict therewith.
