§ 6-142. Fees.

Section 106.5.2. Fees. The following fees are established:

106.5.2 Schedule of permit fees. On buildings, structures, or alterations requiring a permit, a fee shall be paid as required, in accordance with the schedule as established by the City of South Houston (Exhibit A).

Cooling tower replacement	$40.00 each
Chiller replacement	$40.00 each plus $2.00 per ton
Heating unit only	$40.00 per unit
Commercial vent hood	$30.00 per vent hood
Ventilating equipment or fans over 2000 cfm	$20.00 each
Miscellaneous	$35.00
Minimum permit fee	$35.00 + application fee
