§ 8-10. Penalty clause.

(a)

That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any requirement of this chapter or of the National Electric Code of latest issue, hereby adopted, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in the sum not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and each and every day's continuance of any violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense.

(b)

That in case of any such violation of any of the terms or provisions of this chapter by a corporation or company, the officers, agents and person or persons responsible for directing, authorizing or permitting the violation shall be subject to the penalties herein provided.
