§ 9.8-5. Enforcement.

Provisions and terms of this chapter shall be enforced by the South Houston Police Department. Further, any person violating any part of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a class C misdemeanor punishable by fine of the maximum allowed by law.
