§ 9-28. Definitions.

(a)

Hazardous materials. A substance classified as a hazardous material under state or federal law or under a rule adopted pursuant to state or federal law.

(b)

Person. The word "person" shall extend to be applied to any associations, corporations, firms, partnerships, and bodies politic in corporate as well as to any individuals.

(c)

Fire official. The term "fire official" herein shall mean the fire marshal/and or fire chief of the City of South Houston.
