§ 8-50. Right to appeal electrical inspectors decisions.

Any person, firm, corporation or organization dissatisfied with a decision of an electrical inspector shall have the right to appeal such decision. The appeal shall be in writing for review to the electrical board within four (4) working days after such decision thereupon, the electrical board within fifteen (15) working days, shall determine said appeal. The board shall have the right to affirm, modify or reverse the action of the electrical inspector, provided, that until such time as the inspector's action is reversed or modified, such action shall in all things be effective. The decision of the electrical board shall be subject to review by the city council as provided for in section 8-35.
